Exchanges(CLOTHING ITEMS ONLY): If wrong size is purchased, an exchange may be made. Item must be unworn, in original package with tags attached. Buyer pays return shipping. *items are subject to inspection*

  • The item must be unwashed, unworn and tags still attached before a store credit or exchange can be issued.
  • Exchanges: We cannot always provide exchanges, due to limited inventory. If inventory allows, you must first purchase the correct item, then a return label will be issued, once original item(s) is received, a refund will be issued, minus return shipping cost. *items are subject to inspection*

Defective Items : While we strive for perfection 100% of the time, we are still human and something could still slip through the cracks. Please inspect each item upon its arrival to you, please contact us within 14 business days of the items arrival. Items must be unwashed abs unworn. Items can be returned for store credit only.

Shoes: For Sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please measure your child’s foot to insure correct fit. 🪰

Swim: Due to sanitary reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. 

Cancellation Policy: Due to the high volume of orders that we will get during drops and fast processing time, we do not accept cancellations on orders.
